Run your own weather site and want to generate similar graphics?
Our weather graphics are generated from a custom PHP script we wrote for this express purpose. If you run your own station and upload it's data to a web site, the script is available for you to download and use for free on your site under the GNU General Public License.
This script can be downloaded at our Scripts Download site.
To use the script you need to have:
- A weather station
- Software for that station that can parse and upload template files for the weather data (VWS, Weather Display, wview, WeatherView32, etc.)
- A web site that supports PHP with GD installed.
- A text editor to modify the data path.
- The means and knowledge to create an appropriate background image or modify the provided basic background images.
